About this hostel

The original LR block, built for students and first-jobbers. Walking distance to the metro, coaching centres and the IT bus corridor, with three home-style meals a day included in the rent.

Yes. Every bed shown as green is a real, unallotted bed in the database. The moment the warden approves a booking, that bed turns red for everyone else.

Rent is per bed, per month, and depends on the sharing type of the room. At move-in you pay the first month plus a refundable security deposit of ₹0.

Payments are collected at the hostel by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. The warden records each payment and you can see every receipt in your dashboard.

Yes — that is the whole point of the floor plan. Click the exact bed you want and the booking form opens with it pre-filled.

The notice period is 30 days. Inform the warden, and your deposit is refunded after the room handover check.

Once you are an active resident, the Support tab in your dashboard lets you raise a ticket that goes straight to the warden.
